The further you bring your feet up the wall, the harder your push up will become. As you perform this movement you will notice how your mid-section will determine your technique. For most people the limiting factor will be their core strength and how they brace and stabilise their mid-section; rather than the strength of their shoulders. Be warned: it is very easy to fall during this exercise so take it slow or you may bump and damage your nose!
