Synergy Central may deliver the SRF30206 and SF40206 qualification through:

·         Face to face delivery - formal training sessions

·         Flexible delivery - workshop and study/assessment tasks assessment

·         Mentored delivery – some face to face and or self paced and or RPL

·         Self paced – home based study (particularly for remote applicants)

·         RPL/RCC – Recognition of Prior Learning/Current Competency

UNIT BY UNIT DELIVERY APPROACH

The unit by unit delivery approach allows learners to undertake the SRF40206 qualification or specific units within the course in a flexible manner which allows for individual timeframes and budgeting and allows learners to purchase and undertake the units one at a time.

BUDGET

The approach allows learners to buy 1 unit at a time which minimizes a point in time expense and takes away the need to pay a large lump sum all in one hit.

SRF30206 CIII in Fitness

The Certificate III in Fitness is designed to reflect the role of those who work autonomously within a defined range of skilled operations, usually within a range of broader related activities involving known routines, methods and procedures, where some discretion and judgment is required in the selection of equipment, services or contingency measures and within known time constraints.

The breadth, depth and complexity of knowledge and competencies would cover selecting, adapting and transferring skills and knowledge to new environments and providing technical advice and some leadership in resolution of specific problems. This would be applied across a range of roles in a variety of contexts with some complexity in the extent and choice of options available.

Likely functions within the fitness industry for those who have this level of competency include working with clients (eg, fitness trainer), working within clearly defined contexts (eg, fitness instructor) conducting activities on programs and performing other associated tasks, acting according to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and the organisation's documented guidelines.

Persons with this level of competency may work autonomously in clearly defined tasks or as an assistant with a more experienced person in potentially non–routine or more complex activities and programs.

To find out about any upcoming courses contact Rhiannon and I can provide details as soon as possible.

Flexible Delivery, Self Paced Delivery, and RPL can be commenced at any time.
